Our large team of electrical and electronics patents experts focuses on assisting you to acquire, exploit and protect intellectual property rights in a broad range of technologies including electrical engineering, digital imagery, semiconductor and computer electronics through to computer memory devices.

Each member of the team has advanced qualifications in electrical engineering or electronics, and several have practical experience working for New Zealand companies.

We act for companies in a range of industries including large and small manufacturers and exporters, Crown Research Institutes and universities, new technology based start-up ventures, and private companies. A J Park has extensive experience in obtaining intellectual property rights internationally for New Zealand clients and we manage a number of the larger IP portfolios in New Zealand. We advise on IP strategy, infringement and validity of IP rights, and IP exploitation, acquisition and ownership issues.
