A J Park announces the appointment of a partner and three senior associates from within the firm.

Damon Butler joins the partnership of our specialist intellectual property firm from 1 April 2006. Damon is part of the firm’s trade marks team in Auckland and specialises in branding strategies. Commercial lawyer, Scott Yorke has been appointed as senior associate in Auckland.  In the Wellington office, litigation specialist Kate McHaffie has been promoted to senior associate together with patent and registered designs expert, Michael Brown.

Will Ponder and Belinda Sidnam in Auckland and Duncan de Geest and Sam Pearson in Wellington have also been appointed as associates of A J Park.
