Katherine advises clients on a wide range of trade mark matters, including clearance, protection and enforcement issues.
Katherine has specialised in intellectual property law since 2005. Her expertise includes providing strategic advice on the protection and enforcement of trade marks in New Zealand, as well as in export markets.
Katherine has experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, including apparel, fast-moving consumer goods, furniture, health, building, aquaculture and agricultural industries.
Katherine has international experience from her time working at a large law firm in the United Kingdom. Most recently, she worked at an Intellectual Property law firm in New Zealand for four years, before joining AJ Park in July 2014.
