Rosie Cox

Rosie is a solicitor in our Auckland Trade Marks team. She provides advice on potential trade mark infringement issues, overcoming objections, and drafting and filing submissions to the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and IP Australia.

Rosie began her legal career at AJ Park as a legal assistant in our Auckland Trade Marks team before leaving in 2018.
Before re-joining AJ Park in 2022, Rosie practiced as a private client solicitor. In that role, she advised on and prepared documents across all aspects of trusts, private client and estate law.
In addition to her previous trade mark experience, Rosie brings her skills in drafting legal documents and deeds and her ability to provide accurate and pragmatic advice to her role as a trade mark solicitor.
Beyond work
Outside of work, Rosie is busy socially with her friends, trying out new eateries and wine bars and taking weekend trips away. Rosie loves to travel, and her ideal holiday would be somewhere hot by the sea or skiing.
