IP Game Plan™

This is a short training programme that gives you an opportunity to talk to IP experts about your business with the goal of working out a basic IP strategy. The aim is to give you the upfront information you need to develop your strategy, while also helping build your capability in using IP as a business tool.

The programme is designed for individuals, start-ups and SMEs but is equally useful for larger organisations wanting to better understand the role IP plays in their organisation.

You may qualify for government subsidies to cover part of the cost of this programme.

IP Accelerator™

This is a four-stage foundation programme. It focuses on building capability in using IP as a strategic tool for your business. The stages include pre-reading and learning, two workshops, a detailed, written IP strategy and regular one-on-one follow-ups to help implement the plan we have developed together. 

The main criteria for participation is a strong desire and genuine commitment to follow through. Our recommendation is that you select team members who are enthusiastic, committed and empowered to apply what they learn to drive commercialisation of your IP.

You may qualify for government subsidies to cover part of the cost of this programme.

Mark Hargreaves oversees these programmes. Recognising his expertise in IP strategy and commercialisation, Mark has been named in the 2018 Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Strategy 300, which ranks the top 300 IP strategy practitioners in the world.
