For the fifth year in a row, Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine has ranked AJ Park as gold in their annual IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners Guide.

The announcement from IAM stated the AJ Park was ‘head and shoulders above the rest’ and went on to recognise the firm for its responsive and adaptive approach to the ever-changing market, and full coverage support across Australia and New Zealand.

The IAM Patent 1000 is a guide that identifies the top patent practitioners in key jurisdictions around the globe. The guide is compiled from months of extensive research including almost 1,000 telephone interviews with clients, attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel.

One client referee was quoted as saying AJ Park is ‘famous for handling the portfolios of massive companies in and out of New Zealand. What people might not realise, however, is that it can cater to the needs of clients of every size and in every technological area’.

Pete Boyle, CEO of AJ Park, is thrilled with the achievement.

‘I’m very pleased with the recognition from IAM. Having been ranked gold for five years is testament to our innovative approach and the quality standards we continuously strive toward,’ he says.

’I would like to congratulate our partners who were individually recognised by IAM for their outstanding work and contribution to this result.’

Matt Adams, Anton Blijlevens, Michael Brown, Anton Gibson, Kate McHaffie, Kim McLeod, and Greg West-Walker were all identified in the IAM Patent 1000 for their exceptional skill sets and profound insights into patent transactions, prosecution, and litigation.
