The registers were created from 1895 onwards, in the Wellington, Auckland, and Christchurch offices, trading initially as Higgs & O’Donnell of Wellington, to Baldwin Son & Carey, and now as AJ Park Intellectual Property. The registers feature mounted examples of trade mark designs and lettering, and include Australian patent and design registrations.
