This is a varied and engaging hands-on role within our Operations team, supporting our busy Trade Mark practice. The position focuses on the review, processing, and reporting of Notices of Acceptance and Certificates of Registration. It is a high‑volume role that suits someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow established workflows and procedures.

As part of a close‑knit and collaborative team, you’ll work with colleagues across different levels of the organisation and see the real impact of your work. The role offers exposure to a wide range of interesting subject matter, drawn from innovative and creative industries.

This exciting opportunity is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, based in Wellington.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Data processing experience within a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
