AJ Park announces the appointment of Matt Devine as partner. Matt’s appointment to our partnership brings the total number of partners to 15, across Wellington and Auckland.
Matt has over 14 years' experience advising on patents, designs, copyright and related intellectual property for electrical and mechanical engineering, telecommunications, and software technology. He works with a range of clients including corporates, SMEs, start-ups and individuals.
Also promoted as new senior associates are Dr Andrew Baker and Belinda Sidnam. Andrew's expertise lies in patents, design and related intellectual property in a range of industries including biotechnology, anthelmintics, dairying and packaging. Belinda is a commercial lawyer specialising in technology, ICT and IP commercialisation and has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial agreements in a wide range of industry sectors.
