We’re proud to announce that World Trademark Review (WTR) has ranked AJ Park as gold in their annual WTR 1000.

The announcement from WTR stated that AJ Park ‘sets the pace for other outfits to follow’ and went on to say the firm excels across the board.

Now in its seventh year, the WTR 1000 shines a spotlight on the firms and individuals that are deemed outstanding in this critical area of practice. The research is compiled from months of face-to-face and telephone interviews and exchanged correspondence with hundreds of lawyers, attorneys and clients involved with trademarks.

One client referee was quoted as saying AJ Park ‘has a staggering amount of talent in-house and has always had the volume and loyalty from clients, due to the quality of its work’.

The 2017 edition also identified five AJ Park executives as leading trademark professionals. Colleen Cavanagh, Damian Broadley, John Hackett, Kim McLeod and Lynell Tuffery Huria were recognised for their substantive experience and exceptional skill sets in trademark enforcement, litigation, prosecution and strategy.

Pete Boyle, CEO of AJ Park, is thrilled with this achievement.

‘I’m very pleased with the recognition from WTR. This ranking of the firm and the individuals is testament to our innovative approach and the quality standards we continuously strive toward,’ he says.
