AJ Park is delighted to be selected as a finalist in this year's AUT Business School Excellence in Business Support Awards.  Now in their ninth year, these awards recognise the important role played by organisations that work behinds the scenes to provide business support.

Winner of the Export Support category in 2013, AJ Park has this year been named a finalist in two award categories:  the Auckland Centre for Financial Research Business $20M - $100M T/O category, and the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Export Support category.

Pete Boyle, Chief Executive of AJ Park says: 'One of our goals is to be the benchmark in professional services which means we're always striving for excellence in all we do.  We see the awards process as an effective means of independently measuring how we're tracking toward that goal.  More importantly however, we use what we learn as a result, to improve the level of support we provide our clients.'

The evaluation and entry process is run by the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation, and finalists will be reviewed on how effectively the organisation achieves business excellence in the areas of leadership and planning, client and market focus, provision of business support, evaluation and improvement, and results.

The winners of the awards will be announced on 2 October at a black-tie gala dinner in Auckland.
