AJ Park is proud to partner with business growth centre, the Icehouse, in its latest initiative to help Kiwi businesses grow: the Business of International Quality (BIQ™) Barometer.
The Business of International Quality (BIQ™) Barometer is an online tool that helps business owners measure their performance in six key areas: leadership, offering, market, processes, governance, and capital. Research shows that these areas contribute most to the success of Kiwi organisations, and by improving these areas, businesses can accelerate their potential for international growth.
'We're excited to be involved in this programme and to support more Kiwi businesses on their growth journey,' says Pete Boyle, chief executive at AJ Park. 'All businesses face challenges along the path to growth - but working through those challenges can be difficult if you don't know where you are now or what areas of your business to focus on developing. The BIQ™ self-assessment tool will help business owners quickly and accurately assess which areas of their business they are strong in, and which need development.'
Business owners can take the self-assessment tool online to obtain their personalised report.
To launch BIQ™, the Icehouse is running a nationwide roadshow across 10 centres in New Zealand. The roadshow events are free and feature top business experts, including AJ Park's Anton Blijlevens, Mark Hargreaves, and Dr. Jo Shaw. Anton, Mark, and Jo will be sharing their thoughts on how to ensure a business properly protects and manages its competitive advantage in the markets it operates in.
