Ashleigh Ooi
Ashleigh is a commercial law specialist in our Wellington office with expertise in technology agreements and intellectual property. Having previously worked in litigation and dispute resolution roles, Ashleigh now enjoys working proactively with clients to help them protect their business against future challenges which may arise.
Dr Paul Renwick
Paul is in AJ Park’s Auckland engineering and IT team. He specialises in all aspects of patent law in a range of technology areas, including electrical and electronic, mechanical, IT and software. Paul combines his knowledge and real-world experience in electronics with his expertise in patent law to advise inventors and companies of all sizes on protecting their intellectual property.
Rachel McIvor
Rachel is based in our Auckland office and has specialist patent knowledge in the area of biotechnology. She has experience in several patent matters, including prior art searching, patent drafting, maintaining patent portfolios and patent prosecution in New Zealand and Australia.
