The New Zealand Law Awards celebrate and reward excellence in the legal profession, recognising the outstanding achievements of individuals, firms and in-house teams operating across the full spectrum of the legal sector in New Zealand.

We are excited to announce that AJ Park and its people have been named finalists in the following three categories of this year’s New Zealand Law Awards:

  1. Intellectual Property Specialist Law Firm of the Year
  2. Managing Partner of the Year (<100 lawyers)
  3. Employer of Choice (<50 lawyers).

While AJ Park has been a finalist in the Intellectual Property Specialist Law Firm of the Year category for many years, and has won it many times, this year Damian Broadley is also a finalist in the Managing Partner of the Year category. For the second time we are also a finalist in the Employer of Choice category (which we last won in 2007).

We are honoured to be nominated in three categories this year. Not only are we proud to again be recognised as a leading provider of intellectual property services in New Zealand, but we are thrilled to have been named a finalist in the Employer of Choice category. AJ Park prides itself on being a great place to work. Being named a finalist in this category recognises our commitment to ensuring we provide a healthy, collaborative and inclusive work culture for our people.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie gala evening in Auckland on Thursday 21 November 2019.
