Eloise is a member of AJ Park’s Wellington Litigation and Commercial team.
Experience
Eloise is interested in the intersection of the creative industry and law. Prior to joining AJ Park, Eloise completed an MA (Art History) at The Courtauld Institute of Art in London. While studying, she co-founded an art law society. She later worked as an intern at a law firm in Milan where she assisted on copyright matters affecting artists.
Eloise also has experience researching and publishing articles on the impact generative AI platforms are having on current copyright laws around the world.
Beyond work
Outside of work Eloise enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Wellington’s art scene and walking tracks, and a good book.
