News  \  2 Oct 2017

These awards recognise organisations and individuals that provide business support to other businesses, including those in the legal, financial, compliance, research, logistics, and security industries.

Founded by Sarah Trotman, Director of Business Relations and Executive Education at the AUT Business School, and now in their tenth year, these awards use the international Baldrige excellence framework to evaluate performance across a number of criteria including: leadership and planning, customer and market focus, provision of business support, evaluation, improvement and results.

Chief Executive Pete Boyle, said 'We're delighted to receive this award for the third consecutive year. Entering these awards provides us with an opportunity to benchmark our own performance against others, and to focus on continuous improvement. We've found the robustness of the Baldrige process has enabled us to achieve measurable results in two vital areas - client satisfaction, and employee engagement. We will continue to focus our efforts on providing an exemplary service experience to our clients, and a workplace that our employees can thrive in and enjoy.'

Damian Broadley, Managing Partner, said 'We demand excellence of ourselves so that we can be the best we possibly can for our clients. That's our number one focus. Participating in the AUT Excellence Awards has helped us identify what we're doing well, and what we can do better. Being independently evaluated has provided a helpful level of scrutiny to our ongoing performance improvement efforts.'

We congratulate all 2015 finalists and winners, in particular Supreme Winners, Advanced Security Group.
