We’re very proud to announce that last night, AJ Park was named New Zealand’s intellectual property specialist law firm of the year for the fourth consecutive year at the New Zealand Law Awards.

These awards celebrate and reward excellence in the legal profession, recognising the outstanding achievements of both firms and in-house teams operating across the full spectrum of the legal sector in New Zealand.

AJ Park chief executive, Pete Boyle, said he’s very proud of what the firm has accomplished.

‘I’m delighted that, for the fourth year in a row, AJ Park have been recognised as the leading IP law firm in New Zealand. Every year the competition in our sector intensifies and every year we strive to put our best foot forward for our clients. This year we have been celebrating our 125th anniversary, and I am particularly proud that after almost a century and a quarter, our firm continues to excel and that we can finish off this milestone year on a high. I attribute this success to our clients, who demand the best from us, and to our talented staff who work hard to deliver on that promise’.

Our managing partner, Damian Broadley, is also thrilled with the result.

‘Firstly I’d like to thank Key Media for putting on a fantastic event last night and congratulations to all the other finalists and winners. I’m very proud of what our team has achieved but we couldn’t have done it without our clients. I’d like to thank them for their continued support. We work with some amazingly inventive people and their creativity, drive and passion inspires us every day’.
