Please also note the holiday closure periods for the intellectual property (IP) offices:
- IP Australia: Closed from Friday 25 December 2026 and reopening on Monday 4 January 2027.
- IPONZ: Closed from Friday 25 December 2026 and reopening on Tuesday 5 January 2027.
Any official deadline that falls during an IP office closure period will be extended to the first business day the IP office reopens.

- Monday 28 December 2026 – Boxing Day (observed)
