Megan Cox

Megan is a Solicitor in AJ Park's Auckland Litigation team specialising in intellectual property (IP) litigation and dispute resolution.

Expertise

Megan assists clients with the enforcement and protection of their IP rights.

Her role involves providing advice, drafting and preparing court documents, as well as researching case law and legislation.

Experience

Prior to joining AJ Park, Megan worked as a Trade Mark Solicitor. In this role she worked to secure the registration of trade marks owned by a variety of local and international clients. She advised clients on potential trade mark infringement issues, overcoming objections, and drafting submissions to the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and IP Australia.

Beyond work

Outside of work Megan enjoys the outdoors, hiking, going to the beach and competing in athletics. She also enjoys drawing, music, and spending time with her friends.
