Sean leads AJ Park's commercial law service. He is an experienced technology and intellectual property lawyer regularly helping private and public sector organisations structure their business and operations to protect, commercialise and best use their assets.

Sean advises clients on a broad range of commercial, corporate, IP and IT law matters. He has substantial experience advising on, drafting and negotiating complex transactions with a technology and intellectual property focus.
Experience
Sean held the Head of Commercial position at Baldwins before AJ Park acquired it in 2020. Before then, he worked in the commercial and corporate department of a well-known boutique firm in Sydney. He also spent several years in one of the UK’s leading technology and outsourcing law firms.
Beyond work
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and wonders when he will have a moment for any of his previous hobbies.
