On 4 September AJ Park returned to its refurbished Wellington office space in the iconic Aon Tower at 1 Willis Street.
The office’s purpose-led design reflects the firm’s brand strategy and values, and is an investment in creating a more inspiring, productive, and connected workplace; modernising the way in which the firm works while continuing to deliver the top-quality service the firm’s clients know and expect. The new open-plan layout provides future flexibility and supports agile working, aligning to the firm’s popular Hybrid Working Policy.
Following the successful redesign of our Auckland office last year, we wanted to offer our Wellington staff a similar workplace experience, giving them an inspiring, modern and collaborative space in which to come together to work and connect. The new design reflects the professional standard that clients associate with AJ Park, as well as providing a pleasant, purpose-built working environment, which in turn helps attract and retain staff who are aligned with our values and commitment to client service," says Dr Andrea Dickens, Managing Director at AJ Park.
"We have created an environment that fosters teamwork, but also works well when staff require space to complete focussed work. The new layout offers a choice of spaces in which to work, facilitating the different types of work that may take place throughout the day. The technology infrastructure has been designed to facilitate agile working, so that employees can work in the various spaces around the office, from home, or at a client site. The project also allowed us to improve acoustic performance, install modern and seamless AV, and enhance the light around the office," adds Dr Dickens.
