On 15 August 2019, four additional Australian IP businesses—Griffith Hack, Shelston IP, Glasshouse Advisory and Watermark—were welcomed into the IPH Limited group, following the acquisition of holding company, Xenith IP Group Ltd (Xenith), by IPH Limited (IPH).
IPH and the combined group now employ more than 1,000 people, delivering high quality IP and associated services from 27 offices in eight IP jurisdictions throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The combined group creates an even stronger platform for the provision of IP services, and will ensure that the IPH group businesses, including ours, continue to have and further develop the capabilities, resources and systems to deliver the highest quality services to our clients.
Our services to our clients and our existing arrangements remain the same. All businesses within the IPH Limited group continue to operate independently with respect to the provision of attorney professional services. We will always ensure that we do our very best for our clients and that we continue to operate on the same principles and values that we always have. For example, no client case information is shared by our business with any other IPH attorney group business (unless engaged as a foreign attorney), and IPH as a listed entity continues to maintain the highest standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
