Experience

Harriet has worked in IP for over 20 years, including in private practice and as in-house counsel. She began her career in New Zealand before moving to London, where she worked at a UK IP firm advising clients across the pharmaceuticals sector. Her international experience gives her a strong understanding of global patent systems and complex portfolio management.

Before joining AJ Park, Harriet spent 10 years as in-house IP counsel at a global leader in medical device innovation. There, she managed large patent portfolios, supported R&D teams, and aligned IP strategy with commercial objectives.

Harriet enjoys working closely with in-house teams to develop strong, commercially focused patent portfolios.
