EXPERTISE
As a paralegal, Georgia performs many specialist tasks involved in trade mark administration. Georgia’s role involves preparing and filing assignments and changes of name in New Zealand, Australia and other Pacific Island territories. She reviews examination reports, advises clients of their options for overcoming objections, and files submissions.
Georgia also provides watching search services, domain name services, and a wide range of other services to help clients protect their trade mark portfolios.
EXPERIENCE
After graduating from the University of Auckland in 2017, Georgia joined AJ Park as a trade mark assistant. She began studying for a legal executive diploma in 2020 and was promoted to her current position as paralegal in 2021, shortly before completing the legal executive diploma.
