Geared with a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Exeter, George works with clients to understand their technology before advising on how to create solid patent application.
George has experience drafting and prosecuting UK and European patent applications, as well as advising on the patentability of software-related inventions in the UK and Europe. George has experience working with a broad range of technology, and in particular software and IT and the semiconductor and aerospace industries.
Experience
George started his training as a patent attorney in 2017 with a UK-based intellectual property firm specialising in electronics, computing and physics. He dual-qualified as a European and UK patent attorney before leaving the UK to join AJ Park in New Zealand.
Beyond work
George largely spends his free time surfing or exploring the outdoors with his partner and taking photos on an old film camera.
