Kylie Jenner

Kylie is a trade mark executive in the Wellington trade marks team who works with a range of local clients.

Expertise

On a daily basis she files and prosecutes local and international trade mark applications, assists with worldwide filing programmes and gap analysis, availability searching and advice on registrability. Kylie also assists with recording assignments, and changes of name and address to keep client's portfolios up to date.  

She has a talent for building trusted relationships with all of her clients, and loves helping them achieve their specific goals. She’s known for her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for both her clients and colleagues, and believes in doing her utmost to deliver on promises.

Experience

Kylie began her career at AJ Park in mid-2007 as a trade mark assistant after holding roles including project administration, procurement, and lease management. She is proud of having taken her core skill set and applied it to a number of different industries.

Prior to rejoining the trade marks team as a paralegal in 2018, Kylie was a key member of the firm’s change management and training team. She has continued to progress, obtaining a graduate diploma in intellectual property, registration as an Australian trade marks attorney, and in June 2022 was promoted to a trade mark executive role.
