Morgan’s key responsibilities revolve around preparing and filing assignments, and changes of name in New Zealand, Australia and other Pacific Island territories. She reviews examination reports, advises clients of their options for overcoming objections, and files submissions.
Morgan also provides watching search services and a wide range of other services that help clients protect their trade mark portfolios.
EXPERIENCE
Morgan joined AJ Park in 2014 as a trade mark assistant. Soon after, she began studying for the NZLS Legal Executive Diploma part time while working and raising two children. Before she started at AJ Park, Morgan spent 6 years in the UK working as a nanny and travelling.
